CHRIS NEILES

President & CEO

Chris bought into Keystone Lawn Company, Inc in 2004. Today Chris is the president and CEO. His passion for the green industry began in his teen years while living in upstate New York. He is a graduate of both Lancaster Co-Vo-Tech and Pennsylvania State University Turfgrass Management Program. Attending industry specific seminars keeps Chris current with the latest trends. His passion for customer service has been part of the winning edge that has made Keystone Lawn Company, Inc successful.


Chris resides in Mount Joy along with his wife Stacy and their four (4) sons. When not working, Chris enjoys camping, grilling, and attending his son’s activities.

RON STARK

Sales/Design

With Over 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Ron brings a wealth of landscape design, maintenance knowledge, and expertise to share with customers, his knowledge and pesticide license also position him to provide and assist customers with their professional lawn and tree care needs and programs. As a Penn State University graduate in Landscape Design and Business Management, Ron previously worked in an Elizabethtown landscape/nursery business serving both residential and commercial customers.


Ron resides in Mount Joy along with his wife. When not working, Ron enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and his retreat in North Carolina.

PAM McVICKER

Office Manager

Pam has over 25 years of experience. After several years as a legal secretary and bookkeeper with a local law firm, she joined our team in early 2016. She brings with her years of clerical, administrative, human resources, bookkeeping and various office related skills.


When not working, Pam enjoys shopping at consignment shops.
